Lint nix in the managed nix workflow now uses nix run --inputs-from . 'nixpkgs#nixfmt-tree'.

AGit PRs are treated as fork PRs by Forgejo, so secrets.EXT_GITHUB_TOKEN is empty in their CI runs, and resolving github:NixOS/nixpkgs/nixos-26.05 hits the unauthenticated api.github.com rate limit (seen on FoxDen/core#192). With --inputs-from, nixpkgs comes from the flake's lock and is fetched by rev, with no API call. The nix registry add stays as a fallback for flakes without a nixpkgs input.
