Adds name: Lint to .forgejo/workflows/lint.yml.

Without a name, Forgejo reports this workflow's statuses as / lint (pull_request). Reposyncer's required check for it is lint.yml / * (pull_request), which never matches, so every PR in this repo is blocked (see FoxDen/maid#335 for the reposyncer fix).

Note: This PR is blocked by the same bogus required check, so it needs either FoxDen/maid#335 plus a reposyncer run, or the check removed from branch protection by hand. Once it merges, the next reposyncer run will require Lint / * (pull_request).
