foxCast now links GStreamer and Qt 6 with CGo by default (in-process GStreamer, tray GUI in the default build), so its CI needs these to build and test.
- `libgstreamer1.0-dev`, `qt6-base-dev`, `liblayershellqtinterface-dev`: build
- `gstreamer1.0-plugins-{base,good,bad,ugly}`, `gstreamer1.0-libav`, `gstreamer1.0-pipewire`: capture and encoding elements
- `gstreamer1.0-x` (Pango `textoverlay`/`timeoverlay`) and `fonts-dejavu-core`
`build-essential` and `pkg-config` were already present. Checked in a plain `ubuntu:26.04` container: foxCast's `go build ./...`, `go vet ./...` and `go test ./...` all pass with these installed.
